agreed, too many people are on different platforms so it's nice to have one central repository. if someone's just looking to talk to randoms then anything will do but if you actually use it for business and other socializing then it's key to be compatible across all platforms. |

Only one I use these days is MSN, and thats a rarity in itself.
But if your having problems deciding or don't like being on 5 chat apps at once "poking holez in teh flamewallz" just break out the trillian or gaim. |

i've been using adium on my mac as per reference. I don't know how I like it just yet, it's kinda so-so
Maybe I'll check out trillian instead |
