Ugh, this years fad seems to be inflatable Santas and the like. They're only mildly obnoxious when fully inflated, but it seems like they're deflated 80% of the time and that just makes the person's yard look like a garbage dump, which is in my opinion an eyesore and therefore against the community rules.
No luck getting them banned yet, though.  |

you should see some of the tacky in gardens here. Some people have had them out since october, it's sickeningly bad in places. There's some good ones, like a local one which an old lady has a ton of stuff out & collects donations for charity, and of course in the bigger town some areas with no lights at all, infact you can play "spot the christians" in one section as one house in 200 is lit up |
