washing your hands regularly is one thing, but going overboard with all the fancy sanitizers is ridiculous. Your immune system needs to be worked out, otherwise how are you going to fight infections in the future... just like anti-biotics, i avoid them like the plague i will let my immune system fight the infection, drugs do nothing but weaken your natural defences.
Get lots of sleep, eat healthy and try to live stress free, that's the only advice you need to keep healthy. |

Sure!
But don't over do it though. You don't get the same... intense feeling everytime.
Actually, I recommend doing this if you're away at camping or some place where you don't get many showers for hygenic purposes.
Not washing your nuts for days is kinda gross :p
