I went to the conference last year. Miami in March is very cool, but there's really no reason to go to the conference itself unless someone else is footing the bill - it's massively overpriced and more about selling huge numbers of records instead of making good music.
The founders of Robbins Ent. and Ultra got standing ovations by the crowd, which makes it some kind of taste-free zone, imo.
Miami is cool, tho - very much like Ibiza but super-condensed. |

Ya fine. There's that selling aspect of it. Hello, it's an industry at heart right? But still...The parties are gonna be insane, I mean, it's Miami. It's EDM of allllllll genres. There's a BEACH, ok? Sand and water...OWNS any day imo and none of that in MTL. |
