Exactly. Most people dont understand that you just need quick wrist movements. I played a whole game of bowling sitting down and WON ;)
For tennis also, you can just use wrist flicks and it works better than making huge arm strokes. For serving, flick your wrist up, then down and you get the perfect serve most of the time. I'm never able to get the perfect serve with big arm movements.
I cant wait to get one, I've been playing my friends. I sat at his house and played zelda for 2 hours yesterday also ;) |

| It seems that way to me, what could be more fun playing a bowling game (for example) an actually having to do the correct movements? |

| I think it's a very clever little system. They've made it affordable & it's got good enough spec for what it needs, plus the trump card of the gameplay which is unique. |

the crazy thing about bowling is that i bowl in the game almost exactly like i bowl in real life! my technique/style/score in the game were all very true to reality. |

Myra and I got to play it this weekend - And good lord can I not wait until we have one of our own (hopefully next weekend)!
The only stuff we really got the chance to get into were Wii Sports Bowling, Tennis, and Boxing, but I was shocked at how much fun each of those was with a bunch of friends and a little pot! :p
I was also somewhat shocked at how small the Wiimote is - Really fits well in your hand, and seeing how many games they already have up on virtual console only sealed the deal!
Thoughts? |
i've heard golf is really fun, but i haven't gotten to play :( |

| I've never been a massive fan of Nintendo and the Wii isn't going to change that. Maybe it's fun, clever, innovative or whatever, but I would rather play a game with a regular controller than fling my arms about like a spastic. Which is an odd thing for me to say, because usually I love flinging my arms about like a spastic. |
