No bonus but i just singned the paper work yesterday for a new position, will be getting a few more bucks an hour.
I did get a gift tho, nice cordless phone with VM and extra phone. Love free stuff..

+1 !!!! With a bonus like that, why the heck are we working so hard throughout the year for a 4-5% annual raise? Although hard work and both of these go hand-in-hand, I'd rather work for the bigger carrot.
I was in Argentina during our division's kick-off party, and I heard our gift were measly calendars, and we're in the printing business too to boot! It seems like the cheapness echoed in National Lampoon's Xmas Vacation resonated, and I we all got 1gb MP4 players on top of out 10% bonus! For a cheap cost-cutting company, the bonuses this year were my best ever for the 10 years I worked here. |

the kick off party was balls. beautiful venue, but the food and seating were a sorry way to wind down the night.
and 50K spent on the jeff healey band? I would have DJ'd for $500 ;)
Were you in this group last year when we all got digital cameras? that was a nice surprise. |

That totally sucks, about not even having an xmas party! Weak.
When I worked at the UW Bookstore, they had a massive Xmas party EVERY year... but all business at the U of Waterloo always had one! |

| I work for a school board, no bonuses for me. I did get a bottle of wine and an LCBO gift card though from co-workers. Too bad I rarely drink and I hate wine.:D |

Boo, all I got for Christmas was a 20 lb turkey.
And middle management is not crap, I'll be getting a year end bonus of 15-20%. Woohoo for profit sharing. |
