What is John Digweed's Best Mix CD?

I just really started getting into John Digweed's stuff. I was bored so I bought Transitions Vol. I and on the most part I've enjoyed it. A lot of outstanding tracks, a few okays here and there and maybe 2 or 3 yawner tracks IMO. I much prefer Sasha over Digweed but I'm guessing he's done better work. Not a huge fan of his Transitions show, I only really like 2 or 3 tracks he drops the whole hour, but I'm buying Transitions Vol. II for sure.

What are his best Mix CD's, I know there's MII and Fabric 20, which ones should I check out.

Also, I say Sasha & John Digweed - Renaissance The Mix Collection 10th Anniversary Edition 3 CD's. Sounds really good, is this just all their Northern Exposure CD's in one. Is it any good? and should I check it out. Any help would be nice.

Thanks

The Renaissance mixes and the Northern Exposure CDs are totally different things. I don't have the Renaissance mixes, but the Northern Exposures are all pretty good; the first one is probably my favorite. My favorite mix comp that Digweed has done would probably be Global Underground 14: Hong Kong. I like all of his GUs, though.

He's one of my favorite DJs all around. I've only seen him live once, but he didn't disappoint. :)

If we're talking solo, Bedrock followed by Los Angeles.

My favorite is his Global Underground: Hong Kong mix. Its actually one of the first mixes I've even bought as I was getting in the whole EDM genre. I honestly it was boring at first, but now I think its the !

Spirit5

Dohn Digweed - Journeys By DJ.

Classic, was listening to this when most of you were still twitches in your dads nutsacks.

(Sorry - just wanted an excuse to use that line....)

Omega_Blue
bedrock. but if you count S&D, then definitely northern exposure 1 or 2 (east coast). coincidentally, i found my old copy of bedrock recently and i've been hammering it in the car for the last week or so
