Anyone have one in their life? For me, it’s my ex. I don’t mean Craig, the recent one, but the guy before him whom I’m still very close friends with. He’s like the perfect son of a bitch, yet his charm is contagious. He’s funny, obnoxious, immature, cute and sexy and smart all wrapped up in his muscular, tattooed body. I love him and hate him at the same time. It’s strange.
I have absolutely no desire to ever be with him again, but I love him to death and value his friendship for some reason. I can’t explain it. |

| So many women I know fall for this . Personally I can't say I've ever felt this way if the girl's a bitch she'll never evoke any serious emotion in me. But girls seem to get this attraction thing all the time, so I guess it's not uncommon. |

There is a very limited amount of the non s out there, so we're pretty much blinded by the s or ish type of men. I haven't fallen for it really since, I was about 17 and it was him (that I previously mentioned), I don't ever want to be with him nor do I fall for him when I see him, because of what I know he's really like. |

No it wasn't like that. When I met him, he was the most charming sweetie ever. We had so much fun together all the time and I just enjoyed being around him. He didn’t start being an until later in the relationship when we started living together and he starting drinking a lot. Then we started doing lots of drugs together every weekend which didn’t help I’m sure. We had like a bitter sweet Pam & Tommy Lee type of relationship. lol I was just sort of holding onto that sweetie I fell for, really. It was kinda sad. Then I finally realized I was holding onto something that wasn’t there and trying to get him to be that guy again was a lost cause, so I left him. |

There's plenty of nice guys out there just women never notice them. Almost every nice guy I've met I have seen overlooked by girls for an .
My advice has always been to act like an arrogant prick, no matter how unnatural it feels - most guys that have tried it have thanked me, tho it only gets you so far. Once you get into a serious relationship the moment you let your guard down and start being your normal nice self again you're no longer interesting or a challenge or whatever and they become dissatisfied and go back to the arrogant pricks.
I don't know what it is about some girls - maybe they want a challenging guy whose sensitive nice side they can discover and nurture themselves or they just like being treated like crap. I have noticed that some of the more mature girls that have had a bit more experience with relationships do tend to go for nice guys, though it's a rarity.
Moral of the story: if you find a girl who actually wants what all girls always say they want (a guy whose nice, caring etc) then she's a keeper. |

| yea i'm all about nice guys, trust me...but sometimes you just get caught up in some . we're human. as long as you learn from it and don't stick around and take the abuse. i took it for a while, but i smartened up and said "peace out" before it got out of hand. i don't give up on my relationships easily. "through thick and thin"...that's how it should be. but when you're giving 110% and getting like 10% in return, it's time to make a change, and i realized that. |

I like your view on things for the most part. You seem to have good insight, or a lot of experience. A lot of girls do go for the good guys, but that doesn't mean we end up with one. For Example , the biggest jerk/ could front and come off as the nicest most sweetest guy out there and *BOOM* we fall for it, or like what we see, get to know him and then down the line a while...we find out he's just plane rotten and no good. Which is a waste of time that could have been used for the good guy.
As I get older I do come across more and more good men, or maybe my views on men are just changing...regardless, I still think that the good guys are/will slowly over power the jerks, but with that said there will always be that one guy who just ruins it all for the girl. |
