I just pm'ed you my phone number and e-mail address.. If you have proof that you have had this " CATCH PHRASE " trademarked before Jan 2005 then go ahead and keep it and we will change ours. I really doubt it though . If you dont have proof with date and everything but you do have it trademarked well , you can keep it but atleast everyone will know you stole it from us and are lowsy coming up with " CATCH PHRASES", had to steal ours, & we will still use it just to with you since you bit it off of us :) If its not trademarked which is what i think is the case id appreciate it if you changed it and aknowledged that it is ours. Check your PM's please :) |

| Still no email back, or phone call . If you guys really do have that trademarked before us, we will change it even if you trademarked it 2 weeks ago. But i'm pretty positive that you guys dont. You have my phone number and my email address. So i'd appreciate an answer and proof :) |
