Fishead - 'Inescapable' - SEAN MILLER Remixes - [SAW Recordings]
View this Thread in Original format

This is part of a 9 track release from SAW Recordings that include remixes and productions from such artists as Audiofly, Medway, Lexicon Avenue, Chab, just to name a few.

1.) Old School Club Mix - 8/10
2.) Big Room Dub - 8.5/10***

*** .5 was deducted due to the fact I have been playing this for a couple of months

Another great release from Sean :D

Sample?

SAW is a great label.

Edit: @ Beatport - Sounded good, but I really hope that the tune does more than is in the samples. I'll probably give this a purchase based on potential alone :)

I checked Juno, but they haven't released it yet.

As usual, the samples really don't do the tracks justice at all. The bigroom mix has been in my rotation since the summer, always gets great reaction from the crowd - however, the old school mix is now starting to grow on me.

Well, the samples have really grown on me - So they must have done something right with them ;)

Picking these up later today and I'll give a more detailed review - First time I've ever been excited for a Sean Miller tune :)

been diggin' the Old Skool Club Mix for a few months now... love the vocals/lyrics.

sample for the Big Room Dub sounds good too, although i think i might not like it as much since it doesn't have the vocals... but i look forward to hearing the whole track when i steal it from RJT later.

:tongue3

I love the dub for that very reason (no lyrics), but mainly because it captures a totally different feel than the Old School mix. Too many releases these days sound way too similar when comaparing say the original to the dub......

Satoshi's remix on the vinyl >>>>>>>>>>>> everything on Beatport :p

edit // Woah, wait...this JUST got released on Beatport :wtf:

yea i like when the Orig Mix/Dub are totally different.

as for the vocals - i'm a chick, and i still get off on sappy girly vocals/lyrics in dance music as long as they're done right. :clown:

I rarely (i.e. never) look for Sean Miller records.

If I haven't heard it, it's new to me! :)
