i picked up smoking around october and just decided to stop after the holidays.
i'm pretty much an on and off smoker for the past few years, but when i stop, i stop for a really long time...like over a year. so i definitely feel another big non-smoking kick coming on. i haven't smoked since christmas (i didn't even smoke during my new year's partying because the people i partied with are non smokers) and i'm not really thinking about them, so...so far so good! |

Easy way to quit smoking by Allen Carr
I read it and quit after 6+ years of pretty heavy smoking.
My father a smoker of 20+ years has read the book and now is 1 year smoke free. So did my cousin and plenty of my friends. It works for most people I suggested talked to. Good luck |
