What a ridiculous thing to say. You look at a laptop screen just as you would look at a record whilst altering it's pitch. Are you saying a DJ should never look down at the turntables either? |

How are you supposed to mix if you cant look at the screen?
I mean, it applies to cd/turntable decks too...you still have to look at the platter/record in order to see what youre mixing and from where youre mixing/changing the pitch.
Just as Mikey said. Ya people gotta face up and realize that technology is shifting towards directions many people wouldnt have thought years back. People are going to much easier and more versatile equipment wether it be software or hardware.
Whatever lets you react and move the crowd better. |
