the fact is that this thread was made by sean for the sole purpose of thanking the NYTAs for coming to the party, and for all their support recently. You can have any opinion u want on Sean, but since u werent at the party, and obviously have only negative to contribute to this thread...then i suggest u give it a rest kthxbye. |

No, You made yourself look dumb enough... I guess you missed the list of original productions Sean put out this year?? I didn't care for all of them, but he does have them. So way to make yourself look like a tard, at least do a google search before you act all high an mighty.
Secondly.. and Ryan I'll need you to confirm this... Don't the original producers send their track out to be remixed?? (most of them anyway)... so who da f are you to criticise if someone asks Sean to remix their track for the EP release??

It sucks being the only one in here with a different opinion then all of you, but thats what I think. I mentioned in my first post that I didnt come here to bash, just to give an opinion, then all of you jumped on me. Sean can take it or leave it. I just felt like saying it. But please stop getting off his dick and be a bit more open minded that there is actually better music then your favorite ASOT artists.
Oh and about the party. My friend, I can enjoy a party where dj sammy is playing, so just because it was an awsome party doesnt make him a good dj or more importantly a producer. |

| Regardless of people's musical tastes or opinions, this thread was started as a thank you by a dj who obviously cares that people came out and supported him so I think posts bashing his music or work don't belong in here for that fact alone. People obviously had a good time (from the numerous reviews I've read and people I've talked to) and I was very close to being at this party myself. Anyway sometimes with music the best policy is to keep your damn mouth shut when you have nothing good to say especially in this instance. This arguing in a thank you thread is downright rude and inappropriate so Kapedan don't wonder why people are saying you. |

Dude. I know you are entitled to your own opinion but how is it possible to make a complete assesment of a night based on a posted tracklist? I don't give a on how "musically experienced" you claim to be. You were not there. Fact is Sean threw down a set that was full of energy that kept everyone dancing and smiling. And so what if he threw down his own productions. Or even the fact that he remixed children. I mean don't you remember how much the crowd cheered when that track came on? Oh wait, that's right. You were not even there. Sean has a love and a passion for music that will never end. I am a friend of Sean's. I've partied with him many times. As a matter of Fact I was standing next to him & his brother Ryan when PVD dropped Remember for the first time in Roxy. The look on Sean's face. They way myself and his brother Ryan felt inside. It was simply amazing. That's when I knew Sean had the gift in him and that his career was going to take off. And so far, it is how I imagined it would be. Anyway, off this subject. We'll get on to your second post.
First off. You will get NO WHERE by attempting to intimidate others with your vast knowledge of music. As a matter of fact, Many members who will even entertain the notion of arguing with you have been in the scens for many years. Probably even longer than you have been jerking yourself off. But that's where the age thing that keeps getting brought up that pisses your age group off. Your age group lacks a sense of maturity. And I know this because I was once there. ACtually, I'm probably one of the most tolerant of us all. Needless to say. Fact remain that you had an opinion, which you expressed. And that's a good thing. The thing is, no one is going to take you serious if you are passing judgements about events that you do not even attend. Especially when it is in a thread which was created to say Thank You to all the fans that showed up to support Sean. |

You're barking up the wrong open-minded tree here, kiddo.
I barely even LIKE trance anymore... the bottom line is you have no idea who any of these people are.. what they do, or what they know. THAT's what we are "defending"... not just Sean cause he's well liked here...
WE can all take and read critiques,... now in' learn how to write an appropriate one. BTW: to have any merit; you have to ATTEND the event. Learn how to express your opinion without making a judgement as to what they do... since obviously you've spent time in the studio with Sean and would know, right?? And that goes for any one you decided to rip up or praise... if it's your OPINION then in' learn to write it as such.
