| Apparently Apple has also renamed itself to "Apple Inc." which makes me think that the long running dispute with the Beatles is over :) |

| ^ I'm sure there would have been an agreement between companies before a launch as big as this. I can't imagine Apple just going through with this if nothing had been settled. |
