i had to :p It's reminded me though, I have to get some pork chops out of the freezer for tomorrows dinner ;) don't see the need to do anything fancy to them at all, just a tiny bit of seasoning, and when you have a good cut of meat, it speaks for itself in your tastebuds. Infact the only meat i eat with any sort of sauce is lamb with mint sauce. mmmm |

LOL @ allergies/intolerances.. guess I'm just lucky.
I am gonna keep using this ******, and I really hope i still get as juicy as my ing burgers.
As for marination... not a fan myself. usually requires too much effort however it is good to soak pork chops in milk for 30 odd mins in the fridge to tenderize. |

| it's an awkward thing greg, I'm constantly checking ingredients on things that look nice & finding I can't have them without regretting it afterwards, and my intestines & stomach are ed up enough on what i can eat. My worst one is gluten, I try to avoid it in most things, but I can't stop eating my nice white bread, I'm addicted (damn good british bakeries) and im forever paying for it. |

My roomates mom can't have gluten. Sucks.
I am so lucky in that I can eat pretty much anything, and I like to eat everything. If I traveled so much and couldn't I'd be supered. |

Also add a bit of garlic with the milk and massage it in, if you plan on cooking wth garlic. |

| I like the ease of use and quality that these things have, but it's harder to clean than other ... things. |

I havent had a problem with my food drying out. Its easy to clean. While its hot I just get it kinda wet and wipe down...done in less than a minute. Its a knockout punch!
