Small. Real small. But it's cool because it feels that much more intimate, and you get to see the DJ's up close. The crowd is mostly fake tans fake boobs. Not a super high quotient of people who go for particular DJ's or know the music that well. But also not a lot of jerks, generally pretty nice, and they're usually upbeat, dancing, and supportive of the DJ's.
I recommend for the guys that if you normally go pretty casual in NYC, step it up a bit for 960. Depends on the person at the door, but sometimes they're a little snobby. Best bet is no sneakers and a collared shirt. Girls, do whatever you want, they never give me any hassle, and I don't dress up by any stretch.
Also, know that they'll shut down by 2am, my home state's laws leave them no choice... |

I know some people who know some people so here is the scoop on the night. Randy Boyer of EnMass will be opening up the night for Above & Beyond so hopefully that will make all of you take the trip. Randy will be playing from 9:30-11 or 11:30. Above & Beyond will take the decks from there and close out the night.

Its $20 through this link and there is a limited number of tickets to be
sold due to the size of the venue. So get your tickets early, and don't

It is a small, but very intimate venue. The people are good looking and into the music, the bartenders/waitresses are all good looking. The DJ booth is located right on the dance floor, so you can watch the DJ and say hello. It has been a major spot lately for world class DJ talent, i think its a great spot. Anyone who is going, or deciding to go is going to have a good time.

Hey Guys and Girls,
Looks like the word is getting out. Just to let you all know I will be opening up the night for Above & Beyond, and I am really excited. 960 just put in a brand new EAW sound system, its very nice. 960 is a little smaller than Ceilo, but a little nicer (In my opinion). Here’s one thing of advice. The place is small, so there is not a lot of seating. However you can get tables (If they are not sold out all ready) The tables will sell out, they always do, so if you are a table person, I would suggest doing it now. I love playing at this venue.
I am really looking forward to this night, I hope you all make it out and show some support. It’s going to be a night to remember! I have a pre sales ticket link for you all, It's $20 right now, and it guarantees you in, and no line (besides the other ticket holders) I am pretty sure it will sell out, so get them early. The venue holds about 400, and they do stop people from coming in when its full. I go on at 9:30. Here is the flyer and link for reduced tickets.
