Something is wrong with my cat...

There's something wrong with my cat. I have no idea what it is. I noticed it lastnight when I came home from work and she wouldn't get off my bed when I went to lay down. She just stayed there. She's lost a lot of weight over the past few weeks and she's walking differently. This morning she tried to jump on my bed and slipped, making her fall off. I'm waiting for my mom to get home now so we can both bring her to the vet. I become a basketcase everytime I walk by her and see her.
I honestly love her more than life itself. She's really my heart and soul. I know the inevitable is coming so just sympathy please

| it could be alot of things man.. take her to the vet and find out for sure and react to it properly. i feel you man, my boy cat's been shanked for sakes.. |

that sucks mate,,ive got a puppy and my whole life revolves around her so i know how ya feel... |

My boy cat died this year, and my other is headed that way as well. I know how it is to have a sick pet, its heartbreaking. :( :(
I owuld take it to the vet first tho, because it may be something that can be taken care of. Good luck. |

I just took her to the vet and we decided euthanasia was the best thing for her. I'm a complete mess and I have to go to the city today for orientation for school. :( :( :( :( :( I'm kind of in a state of shock right now. I feel numb all over. She was everything to me.

She was around 15 years old and had a long wonderful life. :) That's what I'm going to remember her for. I'm gonna try my hardest to block out saying goodbye to her in the room where I made the decision.

There is nothing better than that. Every night when I would come home she's be at the top of the stairs by my room waiting for me. |

Hugs & best wishes to you, dude ... she lived a long and happy life, this I'm sure is true :) A perfect cat existence.
I don't know what I'm gonna do when my kitty is gone.. hopefully he has another 5 years or so, he's only 10 now. |
