I must admit, I have not had a craving for the actually nicotine, so in turn i smoke a we bit of a J, so it's ok. . . . i am itchen to sleep thou, 5 hours of sleep and three beers and 2 j's in the wind....
**oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I had Laser acupunture to quit smoking today, I am a lil more emotional, but that's about all - I really have no cravings for what's in the actual smoke, cause frankly it tastes gross, but I have a craving to inhale something

but we are deep frying a turkey that's in the fridge! we are celebrating for a friend:)
