yeah I left and it was just Tristan, his girl and Graham left....Give the guy some rest.
But what a night. Execellent crowd, wicked vibe, amazing tunes, and a whole lot of fun inbetween. |

I left rather unimpressed...although in all fairness, I was quite tired and not really in the mood for an all-night party...and maybe I set my expecatation level a little too high.
That was *so* not the set I was expecting and hoping to hear from Creamer...and I left right as Behrouz was coming on because I was exhausted.
I was hoping for more of Creamer's older stuff and more of his older production with with Stephane K...i.e. a darker, slower set with more subtle tribal. I can think of a bunch of tracks I would have liked to have heard, but didn't.
Instead, it was pretty hard and bangin'...at times, if I closed my eyes, I may as well have been at Fly, lol. I ended up sitting down and just listening to 90% of his set. The crowd was cool and the music was good, just not at all what I was expecting and hoping to hear.
The better portion of the evening, by far, was Nat & Graham's party at Ice Lounge :) |

You are the only person so far who has told me this. What did you like about his set? Everyone else liked Behrouz alot more. |

To piss you off...we were talking about what would bother you on msn after the party...figured if he did this it would.

Another really good weekend at Sonic crowd and music wise. I would have enjoyed it more but I was feeling a bit off still fighting a cold.
Creamer was really good, but just wasn't what I was in the mood for. When Behrouz came on around 5:30 the whole vibe changed and it was exactly what I was in the mood for. Only down side was that by this time I was so tired I just sat at the back and listened, left just after 7AM.
Graham did say on msn that Behrouz continued to be great.
All in all another great night at Sonic.
No more parties until I finally get rid of this cold completely. |

It ended just after 9:00. Creamer was much darker than usual... my guess was that he was trying to keep it in line with Behrouz's style.
Behrouz was a total mind . Maybe it's just me, but this man has a knack of taking me places I've never been before & last night was no exception.
You can't help but wonder what's going on inside this man's head. It's a very complicated & mystifying place -- seductive & almost sombre at times, but consistently mezmerizing. Last night's journey took us from the darkest depths right on up to the highest highs & ever nook & cranny in between. A completely satisfying night.
Props to all hard core TA's out last night... you guys totally ripped that dancefloor to shreds. Such a wicked night! :) |

K, THIS makes me wish I was there. Can't wait to hear what Graham has to say. |

I found it to be quite the opposite...he's been getting progressively lighter and lighter
(relatively speaking to his older stuff...it's still 'dark') |

Ahh my sentiments exactly. Behrouz is one of my favorite dj's and his sets are always mind s. Just takes you on a journey. Have to call it sexy techno if I could categorize it. |
