I orderd a steak today medium, and it was ...at most rare.
I complained but i didn't want them to take it back, cause i'm afraid they'd spit on it.
am i paranoid or do you think that really happens? |

most reputable steakhouses undercook their steaks at least slightly, because you cant "repair" and overcooked piece of meat.
its common for ppl to send it back though, to get it cooked more. just dont send it back to me cause u know what ill do to it:D
(eat it :)) |

I have worked in 3 different places that served food, and NEVER encountered a situation where some actually spit in an order.
I really don't think it happens as often as some people think. |

| Just order it medium & you won't have that problem. |

For the average restaurant, I always order it one grade more done than I really like. It ends up just the way I like it each and every time.
Now, for a real steakhouse (not ponderosa's FFS), it's got to be perfect or I send it back. It's their business to make a perfect steak, so don't worry about anything like spitting happening there. |

I knew an idiot who worked at a crappy hot dog place. He told me confidentially that he had pissed in the saurkraut.
I believe he did it. |

I order mine medium-well. I get a good medium one usually, and one the occasions it's a bit more cooked i don't mind so much as i would if it was nearly rare |
