I don't know if I should tell you this but...
514 buyed their old partners last June for 600 000$.
And they put Swirl and other trademark in garanty.
But now they don't have the money to finnish the payments so the old partners won in court and they are the owners of Swirl again.
Anyway, Cordeiro brothers were not alone when all these partys started, Driss, JC and Crazy Eddie were all 514 partners with the same % of parts than the Cordeiro brothers.
The name Swirl is from Crazy Eddie and at first, Swirl was much more better than now.
Now it's anything, before it was Techno and Hip-Hop.
Anyway, Driss and JC should get their money back because they worked too much for 514 for nothing. |

There's no need to. Pre-paying by credit card is the safest way to guarantee your money's return if the event gets cancelled.
Unfortunately, those who paid for tickets to a recently cancelled event in Toronto by cash at the outlets got screwed- the promoters picked up the money to pay for things along the way, only 1/2 of it was returned, & I don't think they have any intention of replacing the money. Thos who paid by credit card were refunded immediately. |

| Yeah, your credit card should have protection against getting frauded, and I'm sure this would count, I would think you would be able to get your $$ back. |

| it's not cancelled yet...... if there's one thing I've learned and everyone else should have learnt so far, it's dont count on anything until you've heard the official word. We hear a lot of rumors first, not to say that many of them are true, but there have been a lot that didn't pan through. I'm sure they can work out a deal to pay $$ for throwing the party, instead of losing all the $$ from not throwing it. |

ur gonna get ur money returned if u paid by credit card , it already happened to me in the past and i got my money back so no need to worry :)
