laser treatment to quit smoking

I was discussing this on Thursday that I was travelling about a hour
outside of toronto to get laser treament done to quit smoking.
Well I had it done and so far, so good!
Well it's been 4 days! haven't really had a craving, well if I do then I chew gum or something suckable like a lolli-pop...such as a cock;), chew a straw!
anyays, I just hope that I dont' break, and right now I just feel depressed, but that's a seperate issue all together, so try it for yourselves - it does work. The only side effect that I had was I cried for almost an hour the other night, at a friends house - cause It was hurting me.

How was it hurting you?
My mother had laser done as well, and within a week she broke down and had a cigarette.
She has also had hypnosis, accupuncture, and has been on the patch and chewed gum plenty of times. Still smoking :(
Good luck quitting. It is the dirtiest most disgusting, stinky, waste of money habit out there. |

| haha @ dreamsicle, I pray I don't cave either - I didn't say it hurt me, it didn't hurt at all actually - the craving and withdrawl symptoms were hurting me... |

There are pills you can take that make you quit smoking.
The way they work is you take them for like a month or 2, but you smoke as you normally would. After those 2 months, a switch begins to flip and everytime you smoke a cigarette, you feel painfully sick to your stomach. |

I like this lazer treatment for now~! I have been sweating a lot of the toxiants out thou. . . . oh well, I thihk I will opass on a pill that makes you feel like - I feel like almost every other day and I don't want to start again. |
