I don't want to browse 2 different websites one to derive amusement specifically from written posts and other from watching videos. I don't see any difference between written posts, pics or videos posted in the threads. People who don't want to watch them can choose to ignore the threads/posts.

Shame that it's the YouTube idiots who rule c0r these days :(

Oh well.

There really aren't any that are worthy of their own threads. Seriously, none.

And +1 to Ian.

Shame, people start threads for discussion and call others idiots for having a different opinion.

Just the facts, m8.

Show me even one video thread you've posted that the majority would think was worth it, and I'll retract my statement.

some youtube videos are great. like mine. those are good internet videos.

but like "muffin" and "shoes" and all other really stupid rediculous crap that boggles my mind for the following reasons:

1) :wtf: did i just watch
2) :wtf: did you search for to find it?
3) :wtf: where these people on when they made said video
4) :wtf: anything w/ animals and ...awkwardness... is jsut disgusting .
5) just plain ol' :wtf:

A sticky like the pictars thread where people could post their videos would solve the problem. Those that want to see them could go there, and we wouldn't have 500 threads each about some random youtube video to wade through.

:conf:

If I see an embedded YouTube link when I hover over a link to a thread, the odds that I open that thread just went to 1/1,000,000,000,000,000.

I guess internet videos were fun when I first discovered them, but now it just seems like a contest to see who can find the most absurd video on YouTube, and it bores the piss out of me.

Thoughts?

I always watch the videos. Some of them are funny, if I dont :wtf: or :stongue: in the first 15 seconds, I usually turn it off. Of course, for cool rap videos like THIS:

Like that ^^ I always watch because it's usually some black dude talking about rims and money, and it makes me LOL more than anything.

I give a big for youtube video threads!

I endorse this idea whole-heartedly.

You have an irritating air of arrogance and I don't want to justify my actions to s like you. I couldn't care less what you feel about my threads, same way I feel you need to stop giving an impression that you draw the lines on what should and what shouldn't be funny for the entire cor. People find video threads funny and there's one right there on the first page which is funny enough. Stop acting like an authority and state "facts" about other people.

Class response.

Glad to see it's this easy to get under your skin.

I have been pissed off with them since day one.
I have actually always hated the kind of funny stuff people would email each other at work and now it's shifted to youtube sh*t.

I PROPOSED the idea of a thread for all random youtube videos a while back and everyone mocked the idea! ... in' tools

DarkAngel has a thread that was for personal youtube videos and I can honestly say I have watched a fairly large number of videos in there ( being stoned inside the Detroit airport terminal lol! ) ... but his thread is buried somewhere and barely no one uses it

I am actually starting to use youtube more but for watching certain videoblogs ( new york times :D ) or video art, scenes from movies etc aka smart stuff

I have the strangest urge to skip class and just make new youtube threads.
