night started off a bit wierd with me being stranded at finch cuz some guy jumped in front of a train at york mills. wierd how flec and endlesswave were on the same shuttle bus but didnt see each other lol!

great time overall. congrats again to del on the 7th year anniversay of TA. Thanks so much for all your hard work that is put into this community. also, the docks is one of the best venues around. teh sound is up to par with the guv/kool haus. it was not crowded at all and the ventalation was great. the lighting was great as well, but kinda died near the end of johans set. it felt liek someone just put it on automatic and didnt actually control anything.

johans set was a bit disappointing. the last time he was here in the summer in the KH he was soooo much better. his basslines/looping effects were soo long and overkilled. the first 3-4 tracks were really nice but then for the next 30-40 min it was really . closed off pretty nice which transitioned well into the k&a set. although i gotta give him a lot of credit for being a great entertainer and pumping up the crowd.

k&a. well...i didnt know wat to expect from these guys but i was pretty impressed. loads of great tracks which were old and new. it was great to sing along to so many which you rarely get to do these days. i really enjoyed the energy which they put out on stage as well like jumping and singing to almost every track. great crowd interaction.

i was lucky to have heard all 3 tracks that i wanted to get played that night. great to see everyone who i havent seen in ages.

videos are uploading as we speak and theres quite a few from both sets. but first i wanna get these 2 tracks id'd as i know the tracks but have no idea wat theyre called. they were both played during K&a set.

yeh he usually does that during his sets but last night was just unbearable. he did it with almost every track.

some random thoughts on the evening, in no particular order..
- liked the tunes sean crawford was playing
- ray, shame i couldnt see your set! i <3 gamma tunes!
- highlight of the night was my tour of the docks sound system, thanks techead and crew!
- KvsA were what big room trance sets are all about!
- made mad dash to dash to track down the guy with the lit up peace shirt who was an instant celeb with all the ladies! haha, he looked so confused at first.
- the fantastic crew of TAs :)
- dekoze's set was great fun. a hot sweaty room jam packed with ravers, glow sticks, and dekoze up front going off behind the decks. not to mention he dropped some awesome tunes and had all the usual madness that makes dekoze great.

Wooo, jesus christ. First time in Toronto, and my first time at the docks, came all the way from the US for this.

It was great. I was chillin in the trance room and started dancing about 3 hours until it switched to the main floor. Then i went out there and rocked it to Johan. Kind of disappointed with K&A but they played moonlight party so its all good.

I didnt meet any TA's (that i know of) i wasent in the LL, not sure if any of you saw me but i had a black hat on, black shoes, jeans, and a black, blue, and white polo. Had my little video camcorder with me, vids coming!

hope to see yall again sometime.

edit: does anyone know who the black dj was in the trance room? he was rockin it hard.

Black dude spinning without a shirt on? That's Dekoze, one of Toronto's fantastic DJs.

Wouldn't Dekoze vs Jelo set just rock the world?

I had a friggin awesome time! I'm not from T.O., so I'm not super good friends with the T.O. TA crew that I usually hang around with when I'm there, but you girls and guys are always super welcoming and fun, and I always have so much fun with you all! Your fackin AWESOME!

The music was amazing, hard hard bangin tunes, LOVED IT! AMAZING fackin vibe with everyone just laughing and having fun, dancing up a storm, hilarious jokers doing stuff, so wicked! :D :D

I couldn't have had a better night, holy crap, wicked awesome. I can't wait to party with you all again soon :)

Jay doing his own version of the MC for jungle was awesome! :haha:
some part was close to "rudda tom tooom!, rubba ting tiiing!, radio HEAAAAAAAAD!" :haha:
then disappearing almost magically behind a BLACK curtain, smiling from it, then reappearing LOL!

Amazing. Kyau & Albert went way beyond my expectations and blew the roof off the place. That was a ing real trance party, and I loved every goddamn second of it.

My only complaint is that they were shut down before they got to play Velvet Morning.

Best party I've been to in, uh, forever, I think. The music made it.
