I recall enjoying whale a lot when I was a kid. (And other weird seafood in general, though not most fishes) |

| This Filipino dessert that I LOVEEEE it's called Ensemada (sp?). I don't think it's weird, but apparently to Cale it is. It's this sweet bread and it has this sugar and something spread on the top...I dunno if it's butter icing I think. And then sprinkled with cheese. Delicious. |

Yep. Used to have that a lot too. Just roast them and sprinkle some salt on them. (Mixed with gizzards)

I've never had shark so I can't say whether it's similar, but whale meat was pretty salty. (Or was it because I put too much soya sauce on it?) :p |
