All rumours/speculation aside, I'd hate to see Sonic go...I've had some memorable nights there over the past year, and I'll never forget the goosebumps I got when I walked up the stairs from coatcheck on opening night last April. Really felt like I was experiencing something unique in the Toronto scene.
I'm lookin' forward to rockin' out to some Gleeson, DC and The Dirty Bird this weekend! |

Whether the people running a club like it or not, message boards exist and are an important aspect of their business. They certainly use the boards to their advantage to promote and attract more customers, so why not use them to address substantive rumours or concerns?
I'm not saying they should respond to everything, but a little common sense suggests they should respond to this one.

Hahaha, I just consulted with the ALMIGHTY ORACLES this morning. All 3 sources: tarot cards, I Ching reading and crystal ball have confirmed SONIC will be closing. Just not this weekend, but surely later this year!!! ;)

Haha, you are correct. I didn't exactly sense the overwhelming demand, so I made an executive decision to suspend operations. If you want em, I will be more than glad to share them -- likely in the Househeads Thread. Shall I proceed?
