did Fedde le Grand not show up?? Was interested in hearing what he had to play (and listening to poser around me make comments about that put your hands up track, or maybe they'd just stay to listen to this trancey stuff lol) but seemed like Joachim Garraud just kept on playing? The set times for all stages were a bit out though..

meh, im glad i left and went to see nick warren instead, front and centre when he played cafe del marichi :o i went nuts!
im not sure what to say overall about this, first time ive been to a day event and im not sure i enjoyed it that much, would have been cool if it was at the music bowl at night...
huntemann was great and xenya was pretty awesome as well. serge santiago was possibly my favourite... carl cox played too much electro and so did every other dj. sean quinn was awesome, he played a different sort of electro.
i also now realise what charlee means about boogs, :nervous: even i felt scared but i did see him smile and sing under his hoody to his last song.
gutted that i saw noone apart from biegs, matty promo and missym (who was as fun as ever ). where the hell where you jules?!
edit: just recalled how a few people commented on the similarities between one oliver huntemann and dean millson lol |

bloody ing oath. i have absolutely no fcking idea why people would rather see ferry corsten than the wink, not that i'm forgetting my trance roots.. i did too went to see ferry rather than jeff mills in 2005.. but the stuff that josh wink plays these days are asbolute fcking techno bombs and i'm really glad i didn't miss a single minute of his set because that was up there with joris voorn's closing set at digital 2006 :D

dude to be really honest, i actually carried my glasses in my pocket but after i've been smashing it really ing hard since friday night it wouldn't make all difference since i got an absolute zero visibility either way so i didn't even bother wearing it lol! :p
glad i was smashing it with you dude (i didn't even know why bec went to ferris wheel and missed what possibly might've been the best set of fmf! :D )

Hence the reason dnb gigs and interview are the only things I've attended lately. Hopefully big parties with a smaller wanker level come round again at some point and then I'll start attending big events. Glad to see everyone had fun! |
