| oh and yeah.. for some reason i knew how the city name was pronounced, just as soon as i had all the letters in the right order.. i dont know if indian names are easier to pronounce for europeans (northen europe), or maybe its because i watch too much that 70's show? hehe :P |

no, but that this even goes to court says a little about how f'd the system is.
I mean, wasting tax money (and a trial isnt cheap) and time, on stuff like this is idiocy.
In Norway the cops would most likely say "ok good job, we see how you could be mistake loud porn as a rape (who the has their porn turned up to like 90 dB anyways??). now buy him a new door"
i can't see how any good can come of prosecuting people for stuff like this. he was clearly doing what any person in that situation would do. |
