thats like saying "hey i lost my tv/its broken" so now its means i dont have to pay for cable tv?? of course they still bill you , you still have "ACTIVE" service, its just the hardware is not available.
It would be done with any provider. |

it shouldn't have happened to me! :p
i had my phone off in NYC cos it was basically useless to me as i wasn't going to answer it, nor could i even send a text from it (this was a year and a half ago...apparently i can do so now) and i had all these stupid charges on it when i got back. s!!!

going on 3 years now with fido.
never had any complaints except when i first got billed they kept charging me the previous which tallyed up to over $400.
i got 6 months free:D |

| Let me just say that I've really had no issues with Bell in terms of type of plan I had etc, I'm just super annoyed (to no end) at their ty cell phone selection and I want to be able to just interchange my info on different phones if I get a new one, all the previous phones on bell you couldn't do that. |
