Therefore, we would prefer to hire up and coming DJs who are looking to build their resume and gain some exposure. That said, they do need experience with DJing (even if it's just playing at house parties... as long as you've got a promo CD).

i agree..everyone's dumping on it but if i was at that age i'd love this news...and yes, a great chance for some dj's to get a regular gig and hone their skills...hopefully it's a success |
