New Club Hiring!!! Many Positions Available (pg. 9)

We all started at the all ages events....but I think it's really stupid to post on here saying that it's a top 40 event, where most of us here can't really stand that.
I have nothing against all ages events, I just prefer not to go simply because every girl in there is dressed like a slut and competing with her friends at who can get more attention from that gino/ thug who is just waiting for her to come over and rub his cock!
But at our regular events- that TA's attend are more for the love of the music and true appreciation of the djs that we get to hear!! |

Not really tho...You go out to a house event and people are going ing nuts....most pple dont care whose around, who they are going to impress, and what they look like....they're mostly there to dance their ass off!!!
I don't remember the last time a guy tried to pick me up at these events...but before when i did attend the all ages b.s. .. they were all over the place...trying to grind behind you...just gross!!! |

Misanthrope is right. It's not different. People to go to a club to have fun period, even in 19+ the pick up factor is there even at house music clubs. I mean why NOT talk to people/flirt with (or even pick up) at a place you're comfortable at and love the music? You do get the creeps anywhere though. |

The difference is the all ages clubs are all mainly top40 clubs (with the exception of viva), while the 19+ clubs you go to showcase EDM. It has more to do with the lifestyle associated with the music than the age limit. Go to a top40 19+ club, and your ass will be violated just the same as at a top40 all ages club. |

I'm with Bojana on this one. 19+ venues are not even comparable to all ages clubs when it comes to the pick-up scene and grinding. At all ages clubs, most of the dancing done is grinding. It is accepted, and almost EXPECTED of guys to go up to as many girls as possible and grind with them, without so much as even talking to them, or even looking at them first. Going up to a girl from behind unexpectedly in a 19+ club is a big no-no. In an all ages club, it's normal.
I remember the technique the girls used to do. A guy would start grinding them, and instead of looking around to see the guy, the girlfriend in front of the girl being grinded would look at the guy, and either give a nod to keep grinding (ie. he's good looking), or pull her away and start dancing with her. Now that I look back on this, I just can't even believe that this kind of stuff happened!
I remember a couple of times girls grabbing at my crotch while I was grinding them without even having looked at me yet !!!

When i was 15 i used to go on grinding rampages... just from one ass to the next. My legs would KILL the next day.
Now i cant even STAND that . I dont even like griding with my gf, its just stupid and distastefull. |

and I think it's really stupid to be debating the merits of all ages top 40 clubs vs. 19+ EDM clubs when the thread starter was posting EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
the guy is not asking anyone to come party...he's not promoting the damn club...he's asking if anyone here wants a ing job.
