| White meat! There are ways of making it less dry by basting as well as covering the container that you are cooking it in to seal in all of the juices. If that doesnt work then drench it in sauce. |

| White mean is nice and juicy when it's eaten THAT night but when you eat it as left overs it's too dry unless you're making it into a sandwich.... in that case it's covered with Miracle whip. |
