| I like to get those whole chickens for $4 at wal-mart. I tear that thing up, rip the meat off the whole thing, backs included. the breat meat is never eaten though, too damn dry. |

People that say white meat is dry must have had a ty cook. If the chicken is cooked right, white meat will be just as juicy and flavorful as dark meat. Dark meat is where the veins are, and I hate biting into meat and have gross ligaments getting into my mouth.
White meat FTW! |

Chicken wise you have to go for the breast white meat, it's by far the best bit of meat on the bird. Legs are ing e due to fact their boney. Thighs are wicked BBQ'd.
I'm not a massive chicken fan though, when I lived at home my big sister (who was a fussy eater) would hold the household to randsom you could only eat chicken, having beef, pork or lamb was like christmas.

I agree on this, however chickens the most easiest food to get food poisoning from, it's a ing wanker to cook. |

| I prefer making Tandoori chicken out of thighs more than any other part, including the breats... I can't wait for BBQ season to start. I wish I had a real Tandoor like my ex's parents. |

Exactly the first thing that I thought of as well. Learn to cook people. White meat is tender, juicy and full of flavour. |

| I'm going to have to go with white meat. I also have to agree with those who have pointed out that white meat is not dry if cooked correctly. All you people suffering with dry chicken need to learn how to cook. |
