Bell Mobility Question

Ok so I pay the $15 a month to have Bell to Bell National calling. Pretty much I can call any bell mobility customer anywhere in canada.

I got this since my GF moved to TO last year. So I've had no problems with it until about 3 months ago.

My bill comes and I am charged for all the calls I made to her as long distance even though she is a bell mobility customer. So I have to call and have them credit me back. First time it happened it was not a big deal, i thought whatever they made a mistake.

They promised to fix it. Well they didnt. Today I recieved my 5th bill in a row with this problem. I am sick of calling them every ing month to fix this.

Can I cancel my contract with them due to this, and not pay any fines or whatnot for canceling?? Any advice would be great. What can I do or get out of this?? I feel like they are trying to scam me out of my money!!

Thanks

No.
exstasie
your screwed..

best bet is to pay the penalty and leave Bell!

They probably won't let you cancel. When you call Bell Mobility with a problem, if it is not fixed on the spot than it does not get fixed at all. Their system does not have a mechanism that reminds them of problems to be fixed.

OMG. I am going through problems will Bell as well. They have ed up my bills for the past 3 months - they screwed up and sent it to the wrong address. So I never know how much money I owe - I get a friendly voicemail from a customer service bitch saying that they are going to cut off my phone service. It has been cut off two times so far, and I am expecting another cut off in the next day or two. I HATE BELL! I called them yesterday and actually yelled at the guy, and he said it was my fault. I asked, "How so?!" and he replied, "Well it isn't our fault." GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!

Wow thats ing dumb.

Today I just screamed at the guy and called him pretty much every name in the book. Oh man was I fuming. I was one sentence short of saying im gona ing kill you...lol

the worst thing is that after he finished telling me it was all fixed now, i know for a fact that when my next bill comes i will have the same problem.

Well. That's nice.

Screaming at someone who's not the cause of your problem and is the one to try to fix your problem.

Don't shoot the guy who's just part of the system.

Heck, if someone's screaming at me, I wouldn't want to help them to the best of my ability.

I have had to work with customers for years, and take them screaming at me... He'll be alright! No sympathies here..

I asked him to talk to his manager and he said NO..so that tells me that he wants to take FULL responsibility!

Just because others chose to be a jerk to you, that does not give you the right to scream at customer service reps.

Fine. He wants to take full responsibility in his dealings with you.

That still does not give you the right to scream at a total stranger.
You're allowed to use a firm tone. Scream and yell? That's just rude.
