Actually, I think pills should be regulated somehow. I don't want DXM to be mixed with MDMA because some cheap wants to make more profit. I want that pure, no dangerous! :) |

Good idea, the government can even tax it like cigs and booze, at least if it's regulated you know what your having, plus you won't get ty pills with nothing to them or ones laced with Ket. |

I don't know... I think we'll see marijuana legalization in certain states. Then we'll see a conflict with the states and the DEA, and then a debate over states rights... after that, I don't know.. |

Underage drinking in the UK causes no end of trouble and cracking down on Cell phone use in cars providing it's not with a hands free kit is a good idea, as no ends of accidents are caused by some ignorant **** who decides to make a phone call whilst speeding down the road.
We have it better then you but it's still bad especiallay with Bush's lapdog Blair and his politicial correct wanker labour party in power. |

Would you prefer a more uniform/generic government and not all this state law lark you get in America?
I've read up that in some counties in Alabama and Mississippi they have prohibition style laws concerning alcohol. |

Blue laws. Like you can't sell booze on Sunday or before/after certain time of day. Pennsylvania is one of those weird states. State has monopoly on sale of booze (hard liquor and wine). You can go to beer store but only buy case. You can't buy a 6 pack. Ya want 6 pack? Go to a pub or restaurant with alchohol license. Ya want to order wine from Cali? up until recently you couldn't ship wine to PA. Now they abolished it and you can order some wine from other states.
Now, here's a kicker - adult toys are illegal in some states under same laws that ban pros titution. some states consider anything outside of "standard missionary" a s0domy. howz that?
