I guess im the lucky one who gets to start this thing going, probably the first one up ;)
In short, the night was crasy good, Holden delivered 110% and rocked that room from the second he hit the decks till he was forced off with the sky was pink holden rmx from the next dj.
Was really great to see all the TAs show, those who bailed, you dont know what you missed and your lame, im looking your way Alex and Anne. The whole two front rows were all TAs, we took over. Alway great to party with Erika, Maher, Allied, Nik, Haki, Sean my drinking buddy you rule!, Verms really glad to finally meet you man, you know how to have a good time, Louis and all the other people whos names escapes me right now. I want to say a big thanks to you guys for beeing great friends and going out of your way to make Gabby feel at home, she wont admit it but she really had a great time and wanted me to thank every one of you, especially you Sean and Erika!
At first i was skeptical about the venue but i have to admit, sound system was much better than anticipated. Vibe was great too, was expecting a bunch of mainstreem s who dont know Holden from Tiesto but i think the SAT crowd came out in force this night. There were sooooooo many people, i never thought Holden could draw such a huge crowd.
All in all, had a blast and it was a great night.
Will post pics and more info after i sleep abit more.

woah I didnt know what to expect
I thought Holden would be playing slow experimental music like last time at Aria
but thanks God he played rolling stuff all night long
what a crazzzyyyy night, absolutely sick
it was so packed, awesome vibe

| Those of us that couldn't scrape or roll quaters fast enough, nuit blanche was pretty ing fun. The scene at usine c was live, the sheer volume of milling flesh, smoking js with strangers everywhere , and doing cartwheels all the way across the 6th floor of the belgo was pretty awesome. Meh, perhaps final heartstring for masses getting on well together. And sleep deprivation. Paix. |

| Holden was sick played a few tracks from that set (posted somewhere in this thread’s previous pages) not the dark ones or the death one, wish he did. Amazing venue, I guess it’s a concert hall, great vibe was packed, hundreds, huge dance floor. You could sit in the seating stands smoke a J look down and enjoy but, Dj booth would have been out of sight as it was on the wrong side looking from the stands. Sound was surprisingly spectacular, guess cause its a concert hall, anywhere u stood the sound was just as good up stairs or down. Thanks to the guys who put this together. Im sure you are now aware there are plenty of people willing to come out to an event like that. Great weekend in Montreal once again :) |
