Tracks that sound infinitely better on a big, loud system...

I'm used to mixing in my bedroom on a set of Logitech computer speakers. They're loud, but nothing like a full size setup. I've gotten a chance to play on a friend's setup the past few days and for the first time I'm realizing how different some tracks sound on a system with real power.

So list a track that once you heard it on a loud system (doesn't have to be a club), it made you go :eyes: and look at it in a whole new light.

My pick is Alex Stealthy - Able to Forget. My god what a difference! That track was MADE for a powerful system.

anything by eric prydz
theo parrish - falling up (carl craig remix)
x-press 2 - kill 100 (carl craig mix)
the gamemaster
the prodigy - their law
cosmic baby - the space track
veracocha - carte blanche

to name a few...this isnt implying that they sound bad when not on full blast though.

uhh...like 90% of all my music

10% being ambient, which is just as good on a regular system

Almost anything IMO, but I like loud music.

The first one that popped into my head was Propellerheads - On Her Majesty's Secret Service.

i think that goes without saying. but some tunes improve a helluva lot more than others when the volume is drastically increased.. to use my earlier pick, i'd heard two of durand's tunes (slipping away & the remix of flight 643) at godskitchen in november last year and they absolutely slammed it. when i tracked them down online later that week & played them at home i wasn't even sure they were the same tunes, the effect had completely gone. it's all in the subs
