Workopolis and Monster and the likes suck. Its all recruiters now, and I HATE recruiters.
Try the Canada Job Bank. I did a quick search for electircal engineer and came up with this for Ontario

Its not alot, but might give you different results from workopolis and the likes.
Looks like your trade is scarce for work right now. |
