Hello everyone.
This is the first track I've posted here since my remix of Shore Thing back in September 2005, so I hope you can take the time to have a wee listen and leave me a comment. It's trance in a non-epic form.
Ambia - Paradigm
(7:44, 10.6MB, 192Kbps)
Thanks :)

Nothing to complain on the track itself. Solid work on the melodies etc.
However:
The bass - where's the low end? I can't hear any.
The percs - quite repetitive and lacking, the drive you were going for isn't really there.
The overall mastering - it sounds a bit odd, almost as if it was encoded at a lower bitrate than it actually is. I can't really explain it.
That break is pretty damn good though. |

I wasn't skocked by this new tune of yours, but fair good enough.
I checked your site, and I realized that you are behind Kallisto.
I have the Bren F and Elemental remixes, but I've never heard the original.
GREAT TUNE!! That's for sure.
And the other excellent stuffs there: your remix for Stonefusion, First Sign, Nightvision & Power Struggle.
I'll keep my eyes on your work. I see there is more coming our way!
Thank you for all of them! |

I think Nik covered everything that I might have said, however I would like to add that I really enjoyed the key changes later on in the track. Lovely stuff.
Was it really two years ago that I made Shore Thing? |

Awesome track mate.
Liking the sheer randomness of some of the ideas in this - bass could be a bit more grungy though!
Other than that - nice :) |

Pretty solid, as everyone else has said. I think you could go a lot farther with the main synths though. Adding in a nice lead would probably do wonders. The pads/atomsphere are good. Filtering them in and out has done good in this track. Well produced and mastered.
All around good track. |

Nik pretty much covered what I want to say... Def need either a harder kick or just fix it so that bass is more noticeable.
I can see that synth whizzy noise getting annoying really fast. That weeeee sound... Ugh. Just personal thing.
Overall like the complexity of structure of the tune.
Good job Joe |
