I bought mine in the states, but don't remember how much price difference it was.
What sold me on the 80 vs. 30 was the 80 had a lot more battery life. Which is what I was looking for. I primarily bought the 80 for travelling and stuff, like when I'm in Europe and flying.
I can put all of my movies on there and all of my music and i'm ready to go! |

Sandisk Sansa E250 with a separate 2GB MicroSD card. Stock headphones (can't tell the difference between these and Shure e3cs so I didn't waste the coin).
I'm kinda thinking of picking up an iPod Mini with a busted harddrive and putting an 8GB CompactFlash card in its place, and running Rockbox on it. |

When I'm done class today I'm going to rip apart a perfectly good Pentium III-M 933 laptop to make a digital picture frame with voice control and real-time weather updates. Oh, and RSS feeds. Such overkill. |

Hey if you are ever in need of a scrolling LED sign I can make you one. Usually I just use the PIC16F871 microcontroller, but if you preffer something else i am willing to comprimise. |

for my computer I have an oldschool harman kardon setup (was really good a few years back)
i do have a portable mp3 player but its in garbage, i do most of my "outside" listening in my car - 1600w in amps, a good 10inch sub and 4 jbl speakers ... such a nice crisp sound, just closing my eyes feels like im really at an event, it can get dangerous on the roads though LOL |
