I dont really use my portable MP3 player too much. I have all high end Pioneer audio system gear in my car, which I use alot because I am in my car a lot.

At home, I push my PC and turntables through two M-Audio BX5 audiophile studio monitors and two Edirol MA-15D studio monitors.

I Love near perfect sound :) I managed to achive it at an affordable price too without going over board on what I could have spent on higher end stuff for thousands more, which in my opinion, dont sound much better.

If Im snowboarding, my Sony Ericsson W810i is a nice MP3 player.

I have this cd player as well...love it. As for mp3 player I have the Philips GoGear 2gb. Got it for 60bucks and its awesome more than enough. ipods are whack...especially if u pay over 300 bucks for one. And my preferred in-ear headphones are the sony mdr-ex51, awesome quality.
