i didnt notice. they were shining lasers everywhere. maybe it just seemed that they went in ur face because Pacha was such a small room compared to other venues. where else would the lasers go? :conf: :conf: :conf: :conf:

No it's not because lasers in US well NY from what I know are never pointed in the actual crowd because of the strict laws.
They could have been using a "safer" laser. From the videos I definitely saw them go into the crowd which usually doesn't happen. They usually just bounce off the mirros above you and stay up there
In europe they don't have such strict regulations and the power of their lasers are way more than stellars.

dunno about anyone else, but I didn't see any Laser Police...

shruggs  right, well there ARE regulations here so im sure we were all SAFE. One less thing to be thinking about while partying. Im sure Mike Bindra and Made Events wouldnt have brought in Stellar Designs into PACHA unless they were fully aware of what they were doing. They've been in this business a long time. Like i said it WAS a small room for so many lasers to be used. I don't recall seeing so many lasers being used in that room before.

No complaints with regard to lasers though. It was a GREAT NIGHT and :tongue2 :tongue2 :tongue2 :tongue2 :tongue2 :tongue2 I hope to see more events with them in use.

I know darling, we were supposed to have blake with Armin here last week but the bad weather kept him stranded. Ever heard the "Marching Bands of Manhattan" tune? :eyes: I LOVE that song.

ANyways I will see markus, armin, A&B, SVD, etc at Bal en blanc weekend, and I will be up for labour of love in the summer ;) bitter, but not that bitter. ;) ;) Take care of my toronto peeps for me! ;) ;)

When the machine is down there should be a way to enter the card numbers manually and override the swipe system. It depends on what type of system they have. Either way its bad for bussiness and a major inconvenience.

There is.. remember the old lil machines where you put the card down, then the carbon receipt slip, and pull the black thing over it? I've worked in retail and clubs forever; and we never were not equipt without this; I think it comes with your intro pack.

i think roxy had the best and nicest coat check people
