i haven't worked out for 2 years. i started again 2.5 months ago. it was one of my to do things on the list for this year.

260 is good though. I'm shooting for 270 by the end of 2 months from now. Weigh about 180. Truth is, you're not really truly strong until you can rep 315. That's three 45's on each side of the bar. Do that 5 times and you're strong. 10 times and you deserve a medal. You (and I) should be doing that on squats if we were working out like we're supposed to. Yeah right.
