i haven't worked out for 2 years. i started again 2.5 months ago. it was one of my to do things on the list for this year. |

260 is good though. I'm shooting for 270 by the end of 2 months from now. Weigh about 180. Truth is, you're not really truly strong until you can rep 315. That's three 45's on each side of the bar. Do that 5 times and you're strong. 10 times and you deserve a medal. You (and I) should be doing that on squats if we were working out like we're supposed to. Yeah right. |
