I need to quit smoking ,now! and I mean it. I tried stoping but it doesn't work,
anyone tried those patches already???
any ideas???

I smoked all my way through high school.. one day i just decided to quit and that was it..
so just DO IT!! u'll be alright sweetie... :)

| quiting isnt that simple...like my last back was suppose to be my last back forever...but to day i bought another one...the pack before that one was suppose to be my last pack but then i bought that one and so forth for the last 2 weeks....ive been smoking since i was a dumbass kid like 12-13 and have been smoking a pack a day pretty much ever since...ive quit once...and yes i can understand what u mean it was simple i hadnt smoked for months and then one day at a club my friend offered me a smoke and i said nah dont worry...he replied ill make sure u only smoke at clubs...i took that one smoke smoked it the next morning woke up craving another one...and bamm started smoking again...they are addictive |

| just um.....stop....everytime you go to buy a pack think of having a tube sticking ou of your throat....yeah very unpleasant.....tube in your throat! QUIT NOW DAMNIT TUBE IN YOUR THROAT!!!! TRAECHIOTEMY!!!!!!!! yeah smoking is bad..quit before you go kaput......or you could just chew gum....either buy nicorette or regular gum....every time you go for cigs buy gum instead...a hell of alot cheaper too! and it tastes better and gives you fresh breath...smoking does none of those smoking is bad TUBE IN YOUR THROAT!!!...yeah im gonna stop now....you should too! smoking that is |

| I'm quitting on April 16th, 11:55pm. Heheh, So in 5 minutes to 12am, April 17th, I'll smoke my last one, and once it hits 12am, I quit smoking and turn 19 ;) |
