80 isn't that bad, just bum the money off your parents :p I'm not sure how much I ended up paying for my formal, but it was a hell of a lot more than 80.
I only went to mine because I wanted to go to the afterparty without sitting around all night by myself beforehand :| And my date was hawt, so why not (even though I didn't hook up, her dad didn't let her go to the afterparty lol).
Drunk at preparty = fun.
Limo ride had it's moments.
First 10 minutes walking around in suits feeling cool = fun.
3 hours of bad food, bad speeches and bad music = lame.
Was worth it for the experience, but not something I'd ever do twice. |
