...and in turn i shattered my health.
Reflecting back on past significant relationships, especially the meaningful ones, and especially those that ended poorly (a.k.a. I was not the one to end it) - I've realized one thing. For the next three months I would go on a complete disregard for my health. Not eating, drinking too much, smoking almost a pack of cigs a day, unprotected sex with numerous partners, and extreme drug use. As if putting all those poisons into my body would cure me of my "ailment". This of course led to many complications and I would suffer further... though physically.
Now it worked, did it work! But. Was extremely stupid and immature.
Makes me wonder.
What did you guys do to cure the post-relationship blues? |

The exact same. It's a way of letting time pass as far as I'm concerned. I've smoked like a chimney, drank like a fish and snorted more powder then a ing hoover when a relationship has ended.
Boozing till the early hours and caining down the charlie won't help things, but the way to look at it is it take things your stride and enjoy yourself. |

I hung out with my girls, kept myself occupied and reminded myself that obviously he wasn't worth me or able to handle a mature relationship.
