ROFL, not just Americans do it, Canadians do it as well. I went to high school with this really stupid girl and I mean really really ditzy, stupid, lack or common sence type of stupid. Anyway..in grade 8 we had Canadian geography but did one chapter on The United States. Well when the teacher would talk about "America" She'd ask, " Now..are we talking about North America like Ny, Maine, Minnesota, Ohio, North Dakota blablabla or are we talking about South America like FL, Texas, Utah, Nevada, Louisiana?" The teacher just stood there dumb founded until she'd say something like, " No Emma, South America is Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia ect. just like the last time I told you.
I remember throwing my eraser at her once. I got 1 week detention for it but it was worth it. |

The whole story is that her screams woke me up so I ran my shoes and by the time I got outside he had driven away. So my roommate and I stayed with her until the cops came. She was terrified. |

No , no shame if it was thefirsttime she asked it. I mean I would think that being in grade 8 you would know the difference between North and South America, after all we learned about all continents, all countris and capitals in grade 6 and 7. |
