I can only assume that it is a company phone. People check on that stuff all of the time. Company usage is not for personal usage and you can get fired for using company resources for personal usage. |

Many big corporations have people checking on messages, emails etc making sure that nothing outside of company policy is being done. |

I'd assume if that was the only way to get a hold of you at that time was the work phone and there was an emergency that you needed to be aware of, then personal use would be allowed. If they're calling your phone and leaving NSFW messages on it, that's just low.

depends on whose freedom you are speaking of. The freedom of a company to check their company phone to make sure it is being used by company policy? |
