If you are running around with a group of 5 people on a crime spree you probably aren't smart enough to consider the consequences of car-jacking vs murder in the first place.
Strip away morality and societal laws and humans are still animals. The #1 instinct is the fight to survive. If you feel your life is being threatened you will do whatever it takes to defend your life, including 'unnecessarily' killing someone who is threatening your life. |

wrong. its been proven by statistics that the more guns per capita the lower the crime. also would you rather be shot or stabbed? i personally would much rather have a GSW. you have a less likelyhood of bleeding to death.
in fact i JUST saw a thing on a news type show that had hardened criminals on there. they ALL said that they are more afraid of a civillian with a gun than a cop! why? because they know the cops have guns. they have no clue if you have a gun or even know how to use it well. and you have the element of surprise a lot of times if they are robbing your house. |
