depends. if the guy was shouting that he was going to kill him, or shoot him, etc. then it may not be excessive under the law

there was once a video on Telemundo(Primer Impacto) which was shown on US cable where a rapist was burned at the stake while being stabbed with pitchforks. The things they show on that damn channel, haha. |
